Instructions for Making Copycat Taco Bell Chipotle Sauce
Stir the xanthan gum into the oil and allow to dissolve while preparing the other ingredients.
Measure out the other ingredients into the cup of a bullet blender.
Add the oil and xanthan gum mixture to the bullet blender and pulse to combine as needed. It may be necessary to open the container and scrape the sides down to combine unincorporated pockets of ingredients into your mixture before blending again.
Transfer your vegan creamy chipotle sauce to a container of your choice for long-term storage.
